Writing as a teenager is important, because usually we keep our thought and feeling inside when we should be expressing our self. In my point of view when I was smaller writing to me was sort of a punishment and that really shaped me views on writing now. My Fourth grade teacher would make us copy the dictionary when I wouldn't do my homework, from that point on writing was a hassle. But now being in being in high school writing is very important and I enjoy it more then I use too. Its important to keep your writing skills sharp because writing can really show how smart you are. I also enjoy writing in Spanish because its a challenging, furthermore its another way I communicate with my family members, especially my mom.

Post #5 Friends with coworkers

The overall work place should have a feeling of safety. Being friends with co-workers would make the environment more comfortable to work in. In Ms. Quaids class the feeling is really chill because everyone is basically chill. Being friends with co-workers would benefit you as well as the other person. Helping each other and learning from one another has a very good feeling. No one is perfect, so we all need help once in awhile. You don't have to be friends, but being friends makes the work place a more comfortable environment to be in. Nobody would enjoy being around a person that they didn't new.

Demonstrating work Ethics'

Work ethics are ways of presenting yourselves to your peers on a daily bases. Showing good work ethics can be very simple, but the people around you must show the same effort. Having responsibility, teamwork, and commitment are vital to a good work ethic. If everyone around you puts in the same effort and helped each other, then things would go more smooth. In school things don't go as smooth as it should, so the working environment sucks. Work ethics are important for making a good and learning environment. Everyone must put there on part for things to work peacefully.

My Future Career Interests

Well I've said that I wanted to become a welder but to me I think of that as a hobby. Thoughtout High School the experiences I had really opened my mind and made me think of how I was going to spend my life. So the one I really enjoyed was math. Math was something I looked forward too everyday, well at least when I actually came. When I would finish my work I would help out the people around me and that really set me in a good mood. I saw myself as a Math Teacher and this is the one thing I hope to accomplish in my life time. If I could have made better choices, I would have opened more doors for me to obtaining my career. It's all good though because no matter what happens from here on out my mind is set on becoming a Math Teacher.

Excited for spring break. Over Spring break i will try to at least work for a week. I owe some money to my brother for hopefully i will pay him. I also have to read a book and actually read it so that will be the hardest thing. I know the week will happen so fast so i actually have to enjoy it. With all going on i need to spend time with my family.
