Post #5 Friends with coworkers
The overall work place should have a feeling of safety. Being friends with co-workers would make the environment more comfortable to work in. In Ms. Quaids class the feeling is really chill because everyone is basically chill. Being friends with co-workers would benefit you as well as the other person. Helping each other and learning from one another has a very good feeling. No one is perfect, so we all need help once in awhile. You don't have to be friends, but being friends makes the work place a more comfortable environment to be in. Nobody would enjoy being around a person that they didn't new.

Franco, I want to understand what you mean when you say that the "feeling in my class is really chill". I think you are saying that it is a good environment for you to learn in because of the atmosphere. Let me know if that is what you mean. I am always trying to work on my ability to create a place for all of you to want to come to learn. Thank you for explaining your viewpoint on this topic.
ReplyDeleteWhen I step into your class I get a good vibe except when I don't do homework. When I say chill I really mean that everybody has a good attitude towards one another. Unlike my third block where its more dysfunctional, and the teachers body language says it all. There's good days and bad days but overall their good.
